Talk to Eye Specialist on Crossed EYES

My daughter is 5 and a half months old now she brings her one eye towards nose while other is straight I did brought her to the eye doctor when she was 3 months old and after checking they gave her +4 number and suggested to put her on goggles and asked to come back in 2 months. So we did as they asked and after bringing her back they've given her drops to give to her for three days. But we haven't notice any progress and worried if this is going to help Please guide me what should I do
