Sometimes repeated injections are required along with some laser too. Strict control of blood sugar and blood pressure is needed along with eye management. Keep a tight follow up With your ophthalmologist

you need to have strict control of your diabetes and probably more injections or laser in left eye. in right eye, you may need injection depending upon condition of eye.
