Talk to Eye Specialist on Eye Contact Anxiety

My problem is that I can't talk people looking at their eyes or face properly...even with my friends and family members...I'm a student ..and I'm one of the Multan board toppers in fsc:..I am facing this problem from two years when I met a rude teacher in matric whom I couldn't manage to say anything 😅...now I can't make eye contact while talking people please guide me...
