Talk to Eye Specialist on Eye Floaters

hello, it's been 3 years , am experiencing eye floaters. I know it's natural when we look at the sky we can have these eye floaters. but I am having them everytime , everywhere. last year , I went to eye specialist, after examination , he said, your eye sight is not warm, it's fine . he gives me some multi vitamins. but I am seriously worried. do these eye floaters indicate some serious problem . and would these be a major sign of eye illness also what are the treatments one should consider?? thanks . am male 29
