Aoa .. u can take steam .. n also make licorice tea .. intake 3 times aday ..
1 cup boiled water add 4 clove , 2 stick licorice , 1 inch ginger n add honey
do garggle wd warm water add clove 4 times aday

Do u have blocked nose as well? do u think some mucus falls to the back of ur throat? fever ? and pain or fullness in ears? Are u taking any painkiller along with this medication ? Any specific thing in food like lemon or honey that u started taking recently ? These are important to know. Use panadol 2+2+2 for 2-3 days and do salt water gargles. It will help. stay home stay safe.
