Talk to Eye Specialist on Sunken Eyes

Assalam o Alaikum. I am really concerned about my deeply sunkened eyes. I am just 22 yr old but my eyes give a look of an old person. They are extremely hollow from medial side, appear like a groove extending from upper to lower eyelid medially, both eyes. Also the dark circles make the hollowness more prominent and give and overall fatigued look to my face. Although I take proper sleep and drink enough water. Hollowness is increasing gradually. Why is it happening and what should I do now ?
