Talk to Gastroenterologist on Constipation, Anal Area Infection Or Fissure , Tention

Assalamualaikum . My name is Mohammed Azeem n i am from Lahore. I had some issues after having anal fistula surgery past in year 2014-15 Since that time i have these problems 1. Itching n sometimes pain at anal area 2.swell at anal area ( some days or sometime) 3. Less stool or sometime proper stool 4. Not proper shape of stool 5. Tention n less sleep
