Talk to General Physician on Anal Bleeding

I am currently expecting and 18 weeks pregnant i have been having severe constipation and now all of a sudden i have found bright red blood in toilet. This has happened 2 times since last night and now i am having very soft stool. Since the bleeding scene. What do i need to do please guide me have not experienced this before?

due to constipation may be little tear occur in anal area...just watch and see for 1 - 2 days..if subsides then all fine
if still persist then use Mycitracin cream (out side anal) ....
if still constipated then drink water alot and Syp duphalac 1 spoon at night to soften stool
syp laxabran 2ts at night untill soft stool. consult surgeon for anal fissure
