Hi Doc ! My mother is having back pain problem since last 25 years. She can walk on her own but she is having too much pain for last few days. Can you please help me out ?

Hi! Please get an orthopaedic consultation which is must so she can be assessed for any developing bone or joint issues. She needs to get test done. Vit D Calcium, RA factor and Bone density. For pain management she can take Tab Nise 100mg 8 hourly. Do Hot and Cold compression 15-20mins each simultaneously atleast twice a day.
