Talk to General Physician on Blood In Stool

My niece problem,"I've been seeing blood in my stool for several months now. I think it started in May. It's of bright red colour. Quantity equal to one table spoon or less. I see it more often now. I have gas problem but I'm having it more often now and the area near my stomach (above my belly) gets bloated pretty much. I'm also having a little constipation. I don't feel pain much. Only sometimes before passing a stool". she looks very pale, and once in a week she have headache .kindly guide .
