when i walk after some time feel dizziness and sweat. I feel fear may Fall. a few days my bp is 130/90. 140/95, 150/100. i feel gas and constipation. problems.I take test lipod ptofile and ecg. which is upload. plz suggest me
1) more history is needed: are you diabetic? does anyone in your family have heart disease? has any relative ever had a stroke (faalij)?
2) get serum creatinine and serum sodium, serum potassium checked
3) you can start Tab. Norvasc (amlodipine) 10mg every day after breakfast.
4) do you smoke?
your BP is high and you need to take regular medicines to control it. plus you need to do the tests I mentioned. Your risk of heart attack based on these cholesterol values is 1.9% , which means that you DO NOT need aspirin or a statin at present.
