Talk to General Physician on Breathing Problem

I had a breathing problem so I visit the ENT and made my nose surgery. My breathing problem was ok for few years. But now I face alot of difficult in breathing again . I visited the doctor again but he replied it's temperory. I uses the nasal spray xynosine many times but couldn't get any relief. kindly recommend me the suitable doses or treatment.
