Talk to General Physician on Breathing Problem.. Anxiety..palpitation

I am suffering from anxiety from last 1 year.. i have stomach issue feeling gas and pain and constipation..feeling sensations in mind.. every time feeling going to die..breathing problem..want to live in past..feeling every thing artificial..bp some times 140/90..palpitation average 90 and sometimes after eating goes to 130s ..echo..ecg..lft ..rft..cholestrol (bad cholestrol 157 only) remaining figures are normal..t4..tsh..ultrasound.. all the tests are normal..feeling left side uncomfortable..feeling of vomiting..dry throat..feeling weekness.... plz suggest me medicine... thanks
