Talk to General Physician on Chest Pain For 3 Months Now
Asking for Self, Male, 32 years old, Peshawar
Dear Sir/Madam, Assalam o Alikum, I am having chest pain for almost 3 months now. The pain is in the centre of chest. And the pain intensify when i lay down in bed. Usually at my duty hours it doesn't irritate much. It usually relieves with steam. But that relief lasts for few hours just.
I am having anxiety disorder problem and have stress problems for which I am taking Seroxat CR + Mirtazapine + inderal.
I would be very thankful if got any advise/guidance from medical professional here. Jazak Allah and thanks in advance.

Yes Sir, I usually have stomach issues, often constipation problem and eructation & also acidity problems due to my nature of job.
I am a banker and almost everyday sits for 12 hours and have no physical activity.
Stomach issued are kind of genetic in our family.
