Talk to General Physician on Chest Pressure
Asking for Self, Male, 23 years old, Lahore
AoA. I'm a 23 year old active non smoker male. Since yesterday 27th July from around noon I have had chest tightness and pressure but nothing else. I went to sleep at 11pm and woke up at 2 then again slept at 6 am and woke up at 9 am and ever since then till now around evening of 28th July I have had this discomfort and pressure in my chest but it's not as worse as yesterday but I'm also feeling shortness of breath on a little exertion. What can the condition might be. This is completely unprecedented and other then this there is no other symptoms. Also there is no history of heart problem in my family.

Thanks for sharing your concern. Kindly check and monitor your oxygen saturation by pulse oximetry and let me know. By any chance do u fee anxious? any other family member or close recent meet-up friends with similar symptoms? any new symptoms developed until now ? do u feel chesty as if there’s phlegm ?
Also notify if there’s any pain or heaviness in any of the arms, neck, shoulder or jaw ? Doing an ECG despite having no family history would be worth it. Any feelings of fast racing of the heart ?
