AOA! 1-His HbA1c is bit high and needs better control by increasing the doses of medication he is on and by better diet plan. 2-As he is Diabetic and hypertensive and age is elderly he needs to start cholesterol lowering medication which works both for cholesterol and triglycerides. As both. diabetes and high blood pressure are risk factors for his heart and cholesterol lowering medicine is must to add at this point if he is not taking any already for the primary prevention of heart disease and once started he has to take it regular and life long. 3-Uric acid is alright.
