I'm suffering from fever since last 3 days, temperature is around 100 not more but when I eat medicine it reduce and after that it happens again, dont have any other symptoms Should I go through COVID-19 test?

yes. must exclude it. tab azomax 500mg daily one hour before meal. for 5 days along with panadol

if you have flue and soar throat along with,then definitely you should

Sir since last night I'm using below mentioned medicine and now I'm feeling better fever is normal like 98-97 only cough started today with no throut sour and CBC, Typhoid and Maleria reports are all negative

Hcq 200 mg
Nervin 0.25mg

Initially Malarial Parasite slide. CBC with ESR. LAB TEST.
If These are normal.
You can go for COVID-19 LAB TEST.
