me and my kids never met her since last month. but since last few days we have slight temperature and flu . I have observed it's due to hot weather. yesterday i was in kitchen and weather was hot and in night i have pain in throat. no temperature I checked in morning it was 97. do we need to get tested? or please advise some good immunity boosters for my kids and me to be on safe side
