Talk to General Physician on COVID 19

My mother felt sysmptoms in the morning of 8June. Mild fever,Nausia,Loose Motions Sour throat,body ache, head ache and mild cough flue(on/off).. Fever remained till 12 June (4days) controlled via panadols 6hourly.From 3 days no fever without panadol,since 2days slight cough every hour since a day now thick motion is observed once in three times she passes stool else before she used to get 7-8 motions in 24hours. She is now left with slight sore throat little cough, some time in a day thick motion else normal stool, slight weakness, no fever and sometimes headache... her samplefor pcr was collected on 13June (6th day of isolation and symptom) her result came today "NEGETIVE"....Now what should we do discontinue isolation? or continue? if continue then till how much time more?
