Asking For Self, Male 55, Rawalpindi
Respected Doctors. I am 55 male, 5.10 Hight, 95 Kg weight, due to Covid I am on bed rest since one month. covid gone negative now. now I got my sugar tested. HBa1C is 6, fasting remain 100 and random 160 ti 180. question is I became diabetic or blood sugar increased due to bed rest. kindly suggest medicine and diet plan. Regards
