Talk to General Physician on Difficulty In Breathing

I feel difficulty in breathing It happened almost 2.5 years ago when I was jogging and just right after when I stopped, without any delay or rest I accidentally drank up a lot of water, and since the next day of that till now I'm having problem in breathing. Just difficulty in breathing, sometimes it get very difficult to pull breath consulted many Drs. but still in same situation. No family history of any disease. Currently I'm living in Qatar. It will be very kind if you look into the issue JazakAllah
