Mujy 1 saal se dizziness ka problem hy Mujy lagta hy jesy mera head floating kar raha hy 30 to 40 seconds tak rehta hy phr Dey ho jata hy neck main b body movement pe pain hoti hy Aur he’s heavy feel hota hy. Mujy kis ko consult karna chahye? Aur Kia reason ho sakti hy
This is to my understanding is BPV.whuch is a type of vertigo which is related to neck movements..or abnormal sitting and sleeping posture.Donot use pillow and do neck exercises.
Addedly you may use Tab Serc 16 mg morning evening with Tab Methycibal 500 microgram morning evening
do take Calcium supplements regularly.
