Asking for Self, Female, 27 years old, Islamabad

Im facing dizziness from last 3days I feel blurred vision along with lightness in my body like i feel im loosing g control It increases after meals or when moving head or standing after sitting

Can you please guide me what's the issue Im monitoring my BP its also vwry low like 83 by 45 and its not getting normal even after having juices or salt water or meals.

No stress
My diet is ok
I had my cesarean 8months back and after that Im having heavy periods which causes dizziness
I did fasting too so i guess all that mixed up has resulted into weakness
Now my bp is not getting normal. I had my periods on 20th may which were heavy.
