Talk to General Physician on Dizziness In The Head

am having this problem for a month Having dizziness while moving my head..while getting up or laying down..from the past week it becomes extreme.. slight movement in head cause dizziness...also feeling floating sensation in body..like arms and legs dheele hojana ..i went to mbbs doctor and he advised me to to go to ENt specialist My question is that should i go for Ent or neurologist..
