Asking For Self, Male 43, Lahore
I m in fever since 8 days, I took medicine from a Doctor, there will be no fever when using medicine but after a lap of 5 hours again fever than I took Panadol and within 20 minutes fever gone for the next 5 hours. i have done CBC, ALT, MP Slide and Blood Culture from Agha Khan Lab all test are normal except Blood Culture which result is pending. No Throught Problem, No Cough, No Body Pain, No Flu, using 2 Panadol after every 6 hours and Azmox 500mg 1 morning and 1 evening. please advise.

along with azomax 5001+1
three days and then let me know.in the meantime get report of blood culture and share for further guidance

Pattern of your fever is intermittent means relapsing fever. Usually it's around 100.4 f
What is the pattern of your fever high grade, low grade, with rigor chills sweating, any co morbids like diabetes, hypertension, allergies.
Currently continue your doctor's treatment.
Wait for blood culture. If blood cultures are positive then I will suggest you relavant antibiotics.
If negative, it could be viral fever.
Take strict bed rest, good protein rich diet,
TO boost immune system. Vegetables.
Continue 2 tablets panadol as needed.
Continue Tab azomax for further two days.
For Enteric fever differential you need
Serum typhidot IgG, IGM. Also
URINE DR report.
As your MP slide are normal, Antimalarial are not currently advised.
