Hi, since last 4 days, fever is getting high and low after every few hours, also light cough and I usually feel cold sleeping under fan. I have taken panadol, paracatemol for fever and different serups for cough but not recovering completely. Actually, I feel fever inside the body, not outside and sometimes body aches. Also, taste of mouth is different. When I take panadol, fever reduces but after few hours I again feel the same. Kindly suggest any antibiotic medicine? Thanks

These symptoms are concerning for corona virus infection
Self Isolate
Get a COVID PCR done as soon as possible
Watch out for breathing difficulty
Take panadol 2 tablets every 4-6 hours for fever and pain
Use multivitamins rich in vitamin C , D and E and Zinc
Keep adequate hydration
Use fresh juices
Do COVID test (PCR)
take plenty of water
Eat eggs , juices ,fruits
Take tab CAC-1000 daily (1+0+0)
Tab.surbex-z one daily
Check your fever three times daily
Use Panadol (2+2+2)
If fever more than 100
