I have got flu today & I’m 5 weeks pregnant. I get flu very easily. Have a dust allergy as well. I just want to ask that can flu harm the baby? Can I take kahwa?

You can try home remedies for cold and flu during pregnancy
1.Get plenty of rest.
2.Drink a lot of fluids.
3.Gargle with warm salt water, if you have a sore throat or cough.
