Talk to General Physician on Fungal Infection

Myra feb 24 ma operate huwa .. and my baby is just 40 days old .. operate k 10 to 15 days baad I started suffering with severe fungal infection on the inner side of upper legs and these rashes are so itchy and red and in circle form.. my doctor gave me some medicines selora (desloratadine) , terbicid (terbinafine) but that cream terbiam (terbinafine) is little bit itchy when I apply it .. and it is not easily available in market .. can u suggest me some other cream.. can I use hydrozole or lamisil.. one thing more .. my new born is facing severe nappy rashes . Is my infection is transferring to my new born..
