Asking for Sister, Female, 31 years old, Lahore
Respected Doctor,
My sister has the problem of continuous weight gain which never stopped despite of controlling her diet. She approached the doctor for this issue and doctor asked for TSH, Urine Examination and Blood Sugar Test (reports are attached). Kindly see the reports and advice if these reports (especially urine examination) is OK or otherwise.

This is clearly a urinary tract infection. Weight gain is another issue which must be solved after settling UTI. Take tablet Novidat 500mg twice a day. Tablet Nebrol thrice a day. Cranmax sachet twice a day. Take all this treatment for 5 days and then repeat urine test. Take plenty of water and fluids. ( 12 glasses in a day) For further guidance please take appointment via marham.
