Talk to General Physician on Hand And Feet Sweating

Assalamoalikum My friend is suffering from hand and feet sweating.Its a great irritation for her.She feels embarrassed when shaking hand with someone,she can't even wear closed shoes due to this issue.She is facing this problem since her childhood,she got her thyroid profile done my times and it comes out normal.Please suggest some lotion or any antiperspirant that is harmless or any other solution to this problem.
