Talk to General Physician on Headache

I am experiencing mild/moderate pain on left side of my head and around left eye usually on for head or on eye brow from 3 month the head ach is long for hours and some time shift to the opposite side and also some time feeling stretchiness in neck and shoulder headache pain is feel like tighting or pressure type the head ach go away it self but come again after week or 10 to 15 days please tell what can I do
