Talk to General Physician on Headache And Blood Pressure

from last year I facing headache and blood pressure 140/90 doctor advised me divon 80 mg tablet,I am using from last year but results same means no changeis I have done MRI.and echo all ok and have done lapod profile also at time Castrol,and triglycerides was high but all everything is normal I am not understand what the reason,I also reduces weight and oil and salt also ,but this time vitamin d level is 10 calcium is in range please give some advice.thanks
