Hello, I have asked the below ques from doc and they suggest lab works, now please guide accordingly. I want to know that there is a female aged 47 have an issue of heat and sweating means ky hr aday gantay mei 2 bar which means 15 15 min mei garmi feel hoti hai sath sweating bhi hoti hai we can say that garrmi ky jatkay sometimes boht extreme condition ho jati hai. What's the reason, what we have to do? Thank you.
AOA! What is her blood pressure? Get her thyroid function tests done too. Also we need to know about her menstrual history . Is she having regular periods or stopped ? At her age these symptoms could be related to menopause . Thanks

Doctor, it means the patient has sugar or we can say that patient is diabetic?

fasting time must b 12 hours,if less than it result may misguide doctor,post prandial must b 2 hours after the days most heavy meal.

Getting Total T3 & Total T4 is useless.
What you need is Free T3 & Free T4.
Also, for thyroid function tests, it is very important to know which lab they are done from. only a very few labs perform reliable thyroid function tests.
i recommend Aga Khan or KIRAN hospital for theirs function. TSH from DOW is usually faulty.
Also, for complaints you have mentioned, you should at least have CBC & S/creatinine.
It may be hot flashes.

asa reports are within limits. you need so many test for this condition . it is very difficult to say for women of 47 may b due to end of menses. thyroid complete test including free thyroxin cbc uce and may b supra renal reactivity ecg

I think menopause will be the reason but what to do in this situation, any medicines to control heat and sweat issue. What to do now?
