i am 24 years old. i have hemorrhoid. these days i am facing constipation. i passed stool yesterday after taking husk and water. but i feel the piles are swollen. they are grade 2. and i have a sense of pressure or fullness in anal and vaginal area, it's diffused slightly. no other symptoms. like no bleeding, itching or pain. what should i do?
