botox might be a good option in such casesor iontopharesis.which need specific equipmment.in my clinical experience it improves but invariably reoccur.

Thanks for responding on the post.
Mainly hands and feet are effected.
I’ve already tried that aluminium based antiperspirant but it wasn’t effective in my case.
And it is getting severe with every day passing.
Is there any permanent cure for this?
