Please guide me if there is any serious problem in these reports? What these reports saying? Please help
it shows patient is having inflammation in the body probably infection as well needs to be examined for possible fever and evaluation for source of fever other than laprotomy
it shows minimal fluid which isn't bothersome. but pt should be evaluated for high crp level
