Asking For Self, Female, 26 Years old, Karachi
I am having sleep issues since 2-3 months now or maybe even more. I can’t sleep. I have tried sleeping by 12 and then stay awake till 3am. Usually I’m up till 5am or 7am. I am having so much difficulty sleeping and it has affected my whole life. Pls help I cannot stand anymore of this. Any medicines or anything else that might help?

Thanks for sharing ur concern. You have gone thru a lot. Do u feel low mood ? Any changes in initiating ur sleep or maintaining it ? Do u worry a lot about trivial things ? Fearfulness ? Tearfulness? Fast racing of the heart ? Low mood ? Weight or appetite changes ? Do u ever feel detached from ur surroundings ? Ever feel that life is not worth living ? Decreased level of concentration in daily activities ? Relationship issues? Support at home ?whom do u life with ?
