I am suffering from nose itchiness that is external.. I thought it's because skin dryness so I used a lot of moitutizers but itchiness had not gone away plz tell me whats the problem and how to treat it???

No,I am not taking any medicine and I have applied betnovate alot of times .. it goes temporarily for about 30 minutes but doesn't end permanently and it's not that extreme like dermatitis but it is disturbing me as it is happening from a long time ,years ago but it's not ending..
