Talk to General Physician on Left Index Finger Discolor And Cold

The color of the left index finger is being blue black and some time white. The finger gets cold. ECG and van ultrasound are performed. According to the heart doctor, the reports are correct. The medicine is prescribed. It's been 7 days there is no change in condition.
Please guide what is this problem and whose case is it?
