Talk to General Physician on Mild Temperature

AoA, I m having fever from last Sunday. It becomes 37.4 in the morning and in the evening 98 or 98.5, I m not feeling tiredness, no other symptoms which are common now a days but Infact taking kehwas and warm water my Bp is going high. I have bp in my family inheritance. I have taken Azithromycin for 6 days and taking 2 panadols trice a day, kindly advice can I finish my qurantine Period or should continue till 14 days. Thanks
