Talk to General Physician on Nose No Smell

I am not able to smell and taste .my left nostril is reddish .I have attached the screenshot of my left nose .Please help it's been 35 days now .I can smell from nearby closely when taken in my nose .taste I can feel sour sweet bitter but can't detect the flavours easily .please have a look at my left nose and guide me I guess I have septal haematoma .Pls guide .I am not getting proper guidance so I am getting panic also to mention covid test was negative .
