I am having loss of smell and taste and covid is negative Also my left nostril inside is reddish and feels abit hard .I am taking steam from a month but can only smell nearby objects little .I wasn't covid positive as well .please suggest treatment .my x-ray report is attached .I am really worried .

I am having blockage as well and doctor said I have polyps abit.I can smell from nearby but not far objects
