Asking for Self, Female, 21 years old, Islamabad
I've had braces for 6 months now. I need a second opinion on my progress. My case consisted of an impacted canine behind my front teeth and a milk tooth taking the canine's place. My dentist removed my milk tooth and has almost succeeded in moving my tooth laterally to its correct position. However, I have some concerns. My canine appears rotated and I have no remaining space for it to be moved forward. I did some research and asked my dentist to use an open coil spring to create more space. He didn't agree and did proximal stripping instead. Please review the photos and let me know if the tooth needs more space via coil spring and if it requires any rotation... I am concerned.
