Pain And Pressure On Head

Question

My wife is feeling pressure and pain in her head. Pain is mostly on her right side of the head. Sometime pain is on the shoulders also. There is no recent head injury. She started to forget things recently. Some time ears are getting closed. Having difficulty in sleeping. Pain in head increased while coughing.

It is better to take her to some doctor because there are 3 organs are involved
