I feel pain in chest while walking. consulted cardiologist, ECG, ETT, ECHO all normal. kindly guide what is this pain.

Dear sir, I am non smoker, not doning any Exercise, I feel more pain when walk after eating. computer programmer by profession. regards

Might b muscular in origin. Consult online for detailed assessment
just gradually increase your stamina, your fitness level is low and may be oxygen saturation level decreases during walk..do some breathing exercises and gradually go to brisk walk.
