Hello Sir/Mam, My wife told me that she have pain below knees on both legs and she always feels sleepy and laziness. Kindly give me solution for this issue and prescribe me Good medicine. (Keeping in view She is taking Folic Acid tab on daily bases)

Dear Mr najmussaqib. Within a short period of 8 months she is having 2 miscarriage. This is very very important. She is physically and psychologically must be upset. For me most important she needs your counselling and support.
Now her problem please get her BLOOD COMPLETE DONE from a good lab. If low hemoglobin then she needs supportive medication otherwise ferrous sulfate itself create problems.
