Talk to General Physician on Patient On Cpap Machine

Need a positive comments . My uncle is in covid Icu .his IL6 are high and all other test are normal .he is dibetic as well.he is on Cpap machine for the last 16 days and not able to maintain saturation on Nomral Oxygen ( other than cpap ) .on oxygen he take about 10 min and then have to put him on Cpap machine .and xray also showing sign of progressive fibrosis .my question is How long we have to keep him on CPAP ? As its been 16 days on CPAP ..please share positive experiences .Thanks in advance .
