Talk to General Physician on Piles Problem

Asking for Self, Female, 20 years old, Lahore

I have been suffering from piles issue since 3 months. Previously i used hadensa tube for it that has stopped the bleeding in stool but the constipation issue is still there. I have become dependant on the laxatives. Also i feel severe pain while passing the stool and afterwards as if there are cuts or injury. What should i do as all the OPDs are closed nowadays. It is being very painful. Please suggest me a good remedy how to reduce the pain and also how to cure the cuts and injury.

Kindly take stool softeners
Continue syp duphalac 1 tsf x hs
Keep increase fruits and vegetable
Incrsed fiber in diet.
Keep on soft diet
Use gtn cream along with xylocain gel around effected site
Incase of sever pain also take voren 50 MG x bd for 3 to 4 days thanks

I have been using stool softeners on regular basis previously Lilac then cremaffin, also i used dafflon tab 500mg for 3 weeks , but the thing is as long as i am on medication everything is all right. Whenever i stop medication or skip a dose the condition is same again. What could possibly be the permanent solution for this??

OK simple then if ur constipation will not resolve and ur piles needs to be assess at what degree u have pile problem ithink need consultation through marham if ur problem not solve kindly consult thanks

There is a degree of pile which doctor assess either it will resolve with medicine or need surgery? Consult general surgery then
And ur second qurery just to eat
Thing food which are soft in consistency as I told above kindly see my first advice ok
