I am 36 weeks pregnant and today facing the problem of soar throat headach and runny nose. Please suggest some remedy for its cure. I dont want to take medicine. TIA

Your throat needs to be examined. If there is Infection Antibiotic Treatment can be given in pregnancy.

Ideally throat must be examined And treated accordingly.but if you think then house hold remedies can be helpful sometimes.Moth wash and salt mixed water gargles can be helpful.If no response then some selected antibiotics can be given safely in pregnancy for that you must see your physician to avoid any further complications regarding safety of antibiotics.

You should take plenty of rest, drink warm liquids, gargle with salt water and eat soft palatable but healthy diet. To soothe your throat you can take a cough lozenge. If fever increases or symptoms don't get better visit you doctor.
