Talk to General Physician on Runny Nose

my mother had a brain stroke in MCB and had a brain angio. they have placed a baloon and is discharged alhamdurillah. She has her physio and ongoing treatment going. My question is whenever she starts her food she has a runny nose. Not sure why even when eating fruits. She used to take claritine for allergy couple of years back but not sure now. She already takes alot of medicine and hence not sure to give more medication. is there any suggestion.
